sencha from local cultivar

We have some tea trees of local cultivar which is about 100 years old.

We have not added any fertilization to those trees. We let nature do their job on them.
Each year it tastes slightly different but that is also the best part of enjoying this sencha.

65C/150F for 45-60 sec.
