Please note that each product is sold by kilogram since we provide you with the special bulk/wholesale price. A minimum bulk order quantity or MOQ is 5 kg in total. For the very first order, MOQ is 3 kg.

 

Prices do not include shipping or Japan’s consumer tax (10%). Freight and shipping for International orders will need to be

calculated according to your shipping address and preferences.

If you need documents such as a proof of origin, there is additional cost. (Since we have to apply for the certificate at a chamber of commerce in our city).

Payment

The payment is to be made in full before shipping. We do not accept any cash or a check.

We kindly ask you to cover the handling fee. We accept the following for your payment.

We may need about 5-7 business days to receive your payment.

Shipping

Your order will be delivered to the address you indicated when your order was placed. The products will be delivered to one address. We do not deliver to PO Box addresses.

We comply with customs laws and regulations in each country. Therefore, we send our products to customers as commercial parcel, not as a gift. We will provide you with all the necessary documents for importing to your country.

Update: As of October 30, 2020, there are some restrictions for shipping. Before you order, please check if  product can be shipped to your location.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Please send the item you have purchased to  us  within  7  calendar  days  of  the  delivery.  The  item  must  be unopened  and  in  its  original condition.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. The shipping cost and handling fee for the payment will not be refunded.

 

If  our  products  arrived  damaged,  rotten  or  contaminated  in  any  way,  please  contact  us  right away and we will be happy to send a free replacement. If  anything  is  unclear  or  you  have  more  questions  feel  free  to  contact  us.

We do not use any food coloring/sweetner/food preservative.

We have a test result of Residual Agrochemical for 2017 in case you need to submit to your government.

We only ship our products to importers registered in FEHD.

Please specify an exporter to prepare for all the necessary documents.

 

Singapore

We will provide you with proof of origin (with additional costs) or a business invoice.

Please specify a importer who is registered in SFA.

 

Taiwan

We only ship our products to importers registered in Taiwan FDA.

We will provide you with proof of origin with additional costs.

We have a test result of Residual Agrochemical for 2017 in case you need to submit to your government.

Tariff is 17% of CIF.

Please appoint an importer who has SFC on your side. We will provide you with any information you would need regarding Preventive Control Plan. When we ship our products, we usually use carton boxes, not wooden crates.

Our facility is registered in FDA database. We have our U.S. representative for the trading.

We are currently applying for an Organic certificate. We will provide you with it once we are approved.
